My philosophy is simple – I go The Extra Mile.
The industry is full of firms who approach Employee Benefits with a “one-size fits all” philosophy. I save clients money by providing an alternative solution they can turn to for innovative customized solutions, along with highly personalized service.
I believe in getting to know my clients and their ever-changing objectives through frequent face-to-face meetings. And whereas most companies would deem their employee benefits as a challenging, but necessary expense, I educate clients to help them view them as an investment designed to increase workplace satisfaction and produce happy, healthy, productive employees – thus saving them more over time.
I also provide guidance on HR laws and trends, employee advocacy and value-add resources. I have the business acumen necessary to understand carriers and their underwriting methods, and the tenacity needed to effectively negotiate with them, resulting in a win for my clients in their efforts of tackling the challenge of today’s employee benefits.
